This video library has been created primarily for use in middle and high schools. Videos have been selected to provide background on themes addressed in the study of Montana and western U.S. history.

Video Reservation Form.Booking: To reserve videos, please submit the online Reservation Form. In order to get the materials that you seek at the times you prefer, please book early. Many teachers order the footlockers or videos during the spring semester proceeding the school year in which they wish to use it. The Sheepeaters: Keepers of the Past - Documents the lifeways of a group of reclusive Shoshone-speaking Indians known as the Sheepeaters. Modern archaeology and anthropology along with firsthand accounts of trappers and explorers help to tell their story.
